We no longer raise skinny pigs.
After 5 years, we slowly reduced our herd and no longer breed.
We have none available and will not in the future.
If you are looking for skinnies here in Oregon:
Wolfe's Cavy Crew (Lisa Greb Wolfe) is located in Albany, Oregon.. not far from us. Our very first skinny "Lucy The Skinny Pig" came from her. Most of her skinnies are related to ours and she also has some from us. She has a couple new litters now!
Juniper Acres Skinny Pigs (Mikala McGinnis) is now located in Jefferson, Oregon.
She has a handful of our skinnies, and is beginning to have some of their descendants arrive.
**Both of these breeders also raise furry pigs, some long-haired.**

Regular Prices:
Prices of each individual available baby pig will be posted on the AVAILABLE PIGS page of our website, along with photos and info.. when pigs become available. Prices will differ. There are several factors that determine how we come up with the price of a particular pig. Color/pattern/markings, body structure, amount of fur, birthweight, their age, their bloodline and availability/desirability may all factor into the price, as well as gender. Females (sows) will be more, except retiring mamas. Prices are all subject to change. We reserve the right to raise and lower our pricing guidelines as we see fit. "Specialty" patterns/colors (such as fully-pointed Dalmatians and California pattern) will be the most costly.
What is INCLUDED with my pig?
We offer to send pigs home with a small baggie of transitional food (unless you already have Mazuri brand pellets). Please let us know if you already feed Mazuri so that we can save our pellet supply for our hungry herd. :) We will also include a baggie of the orchard grass we're currently feeding.. to mix in with yours for the first week. This helps make the adjustment easier on their digestive systems. More on feeding can be found on FEEDING YOUR SKINNY PIGS.
Most of our skinnies can go home with their beautifully-printed PEDIGREE for an additional $10/each (+ $2 postage if shipped). You can also purchase printed pedigrees from us at a later date, if you decide you'd like them.
Do you still have a WAITING LIST?
No. All pigs are now first come, first serve as they become available to reserve.
How do I RESERVE pigs?
To reserve a pig, we require a non-refundable deposit of at least half of the purchase price. See below for details on sending in deposits/payments under "Making a Payment". Once payment is received, your name will go on pig and they will be held up to 2 weeks. The remaining balance must be paid in full before taking pigs home or at least 1 week prior to approximate ground transport date.
Each skinny has a specific pickup/ground transport date detailed with their information and photos on our AVAILABLE PIGS page. PIG MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND PICKED UP BY THIS SPECIFIC DATE! Please be mindful of this when reserving pigs. If balance is not paid in full and pigs picked up in a timely manner, we will offer the pig(s) as available to others. In this case, all payments made up to this point would be forfeited. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Until paid in full and picked up/transported, pigs are still considered property of CRSP.
What do I need to know BEFORE reserving babies?
We cannot stress this enough: reserving babies should not be a spur-of-the-moment decision. Deposit is non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable. Impulse-buying is strongly discouraged. Please do your research. Join skinny pig groups on Facebook. Be sure skinnies will fit your family financially.. not just the initial investment of buying pigs but properly housing and caring for them, as well. Talk with important people in your life, particularly those who share a home with you. Put time and thought into adding skinny pigs (or guinea pigs) to your family before making a commitment to buy from us. Also, if allergies are in question, do a playdate with a piggy first before adding them to your family and/or consult your physician. Despite what you may have read or heard.. skinnies are NOT hypoallergenic guinea pigs. Additionally, if you or anyone in your household are allergic to hay, skinny pigs/guinea pigs are not suitable pets for your family. They require unlimited access to grass hay.
Also, PLEASE make sure you have ground transport arranged/paid before placing your non-refundable deposit, if applicable. Transport is buyer's full responsibility and we will not refund a deposit based on transporter issues!
Can you BOARD/HOLD my pig for a holiday?
In the past, we occasionally would board paid-in-full pigs for an upcoming birthday or Christmas, etc for a pre-paid weekly boarding fee to cover expenses and care. Since we are selling out our herd and will no longer breed after this summer, we are unable to board. Therefore, your pig(s) need to be picked up or transported within 2 weeks of being reserved.
Will my CURRENT pig get along with a NEW pig?
We cannot guarantee pigs from us will get along with pigs you already have. Guinea pigs' social life can be complicated and tricky, although we strongly encourage them to be kept in pairs or groups, if at all possible. A combination of many factors go into play when determining if a pig pair or trio will become friends (or will -at the very least- tolerate each other's presence). The main factors are: each pig's personality (dominate or subordinate/submissive), age of pigs, cage size, set-up arrangement and the process in which they are introduced. The best scenario would be a sibling pair, retiring parent/baby or newly-weaned babies from separate litters who have been introduced, share a cage and get along well already. This way, pigs are obviously bonded and you can skip the introduction process entirely. If you're looking to introduce a new companion to your current pig, you will likely want a newly-weaned baby. The bigger your cage, the better! Keep in mind, when pigs' adolescent hormones start flowing during the teenage stage (most apparent between 2.5 to 6 months old) their personality may be unpredictable. Males as well as females. You need to be prepared with the possibility that pigs may turn on each other during this time.
How do I make a PAYMENT?
*PayPal- using ONLY "Friends or Family" option. No eChecks, please

To make a payment via PayPal, simply go to my PAYPAL ME LINK. If, for some reason that link is not working, you can go to PayPal and choose the option to "send money to Friends and Family". Sales Policy
Health Guarantee:
All of our skinnies, carriers and guinea pigs at CRSP are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge when leaving for their new homes. We would not knowingly sell an unhealthy or injured pig! Any health issues with our pigs are addressed immediately. We also would not sell a pig that shows signs of behavioral issues including aggression or biting. Our pigs are well-socialized, handled daily and acclimated to our noisy/high-activity household (children, dogs, TV, etc) from birth. They live inside our temperature-controlled home. We want our pigs as healthy and happy as possible. We also want you to be happy and completely in love with your new pig(s).
All sales are final once pigs leave CRSP via pick-up or ground transport. No refunds will be given. Pigs are new owner's responsibility once they leave our care. There are no guarantees of any kind on health and temperament after this. Therefore, we will not be held accountable for vet bills or replacements. Also, our pigs are not sold with the intention of showing, but for pets or hobbyist breeding potential only, therefore no guarantee on breeding quality. Although, if we feel a sow is best sold to a pet home only due to small size or previous pregnancies/deliveries, we will specify so and often will not have a pedigree offered.
If a pig is showing signs of illness, seek veterinary treatment by a licensed exotic veterinarian who is knowledgeable of skinny/guinea pigs. If a pig you have purchased at CRSP becomes ill and dies soon after purchase (in your care or during transport) we would very much appreciate an email regarding the situation. But, again.. all sales are final.
Sickness/death of reserved pig:
Things can occur beyond our control. In the unlikely event your reserved pig becomes ill and/or dies while still in the care of CRSP, any and all deposits paid towards that pig will be refunded in full. This is the only situation in which we would offer a refund. You would also have the option of applying refunded deposit toward a replacement pig, if you choose.. when one becomes available.
Refusing/cancelling sale:
We absolutely will not sell pigs to anyone under 18 years old. If you are under 18, please have your parent or legal guardian contact us for you. We will not sell pigs to anyone we have reason to believe are purchasing pigs for reasons other than to be kept as pets or hobbyist breeding. We, here at CRSP, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale at any given time at our discretion.. without giving a reason. We will not sell to those we have "blacklisted" previously! Most reputable skinny breeders communicate and you can bet others know your name also, when we have blacklisted you! Due to some previous situations brought to our attention, we will no longer sell more than 3 pigs to a single customer. Very few exceptions will be made to this policy. One being, if you are a reputable breeder whom we have a positive history with. Otherwise, 3 pigs.. max.
